poison me with your kiss

Watch out for poison ivy!

And i just read her life story on Wikipedia, and i have to say she’s awesome, although she may have lesbian tendencies and a slight inkling towards Batman?

I wanna read the comics now. Hehe.

Yeah, the title of the post has absolutely NOTHING to do with the post itself.
FOOO!

Yesterday we took a journey to Wisma MCA to visit the Canadian representatives of some universities. We saw Carleton, York and Simon Fraser but didn’t have enough time to see Trent. Although Trent had the cutest mascot bear ever! Anyways, now i feel more at ease after talking to the respective counselors and should be applying by November. Can’t wait to leave, i’m really excited! Of course we were the most overdressed there (Rip wearing blazer) but we didn’t know that everyone else would just come in the most casual wear ever. Aren’t you supposed to make an good first impression? I guess since it wasn’t a formal type interview it was fine.

Friday marked Mark’s birthday and the start of the Oktoberfest, so the PD guys decided to come down and drink the night away.

We started off at OU, lining up by 4.30pm (actually we came at 3.45pm but we didn’t realize there was a line forming already!) and by the time we actually realized, there were 50 people in front of us already. Rip became the money changer since he exchanged RM50 worth of 50 cent coins that afternoon and smartly took out his bag of coins whilst in the line so obviously, everyone just jumped at the chance to exchange their one dollar notes. We managed to get 5 beers in though, which was amazing. Chugging it in the line is not at all fun though.

Dan just had to go and ruin our picture! Think it’s funny huh…>.<
Then we went to Souled Out to continue drinking with the Chivas bottle that Mark graciously bought and another Dewas to fulfill everyone’s needs. Oh yeah, and the FACE OFF PIZZA! Haha.

Basically besides going off to Rowena’s to get the bottles from her dad and borrow Faustina’s devil horns and pitchfork, we spent the night at Souled Out just taking turns wearing the halo, bunny ears and devil horns and taking unwholesome pictures. I’m sure you can tell which pictures were taken at the beginning of the night, and which at the end. I’m just gonna mix them up cos i’ve got nothing else better to do, haha.

I love this picture of Jor Ji! So innocent, haha.

Rip has red eyes but Omair’s holding the pitchfork. Role reversal!

Way too many pictures so the rest are on facebook.

Omair tried his luck in the maggot draw (gross!) and won a Heineken pendant which seemed like it was from those Groove Armada days and Row and I got to lucky draw (in a normal pumpkin head) and won prizes as well! At first they wouldn’t accept our costumes, saying that we didn’t dress up enough so we’re gonna show them this Wednesday what we look like when we REALLY dress up!

Yeah, Halloween rocks.
